Volunteers Needed!

Metropolitan Ministries West Pasco is one of our oldest community partners. Every year, we help with their "holiday tents" at Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have picked our days, and we are just waiting for YOU to sign up! We have reserved 12 spots, so grab your spot now! All jobs are easy and a blessing to you and to those we serve.

The location for the past few years has been Generations Church in Trinity. We are going to be back there this year!

Our dates are Friday, November 21, 2:00-5:30 pm,

and Saturday, December 20, 2:30-5:30 pm

Join us on Saturday, November 22, from 12:00–3:00 PM, for a fun-filled Youth Group Car Wash right here at the church. Every donation goes directly toward helping our students attend Rock the Universe in Orlando after the New Year—a powerful weekend of worship, music, and life-changing experiences.

Bring your friends, your neighbors, and every dusty car you can find. Let’s make this a great afternoon of fellowship, fun, and generosity. Thank you for supporting our youth and their journey of faith!

 YANA—You Are Not Alone—is a support group here at First United Methodist Church of Land O’ Lakes. YANA is a safe and compassionate space for anyone who has been affected by a loved one’s drug use or addiction. Whether you’re a parent, sibling, spouse, or close friend, you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and this group is here to walk alongside you.

We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 7 PM. During our time together, we’ll share, listen, and offer each other encouragement, leaning on God’s grace and the support of our church family to find hope and healing. You don’t have to carry this burden by yourself, and no problem is too big or small to bring to YANA.
