YANA—You Are Not Alone—is a support group here at First United Methodist Church of Land O’ Lakes. YANA is a safe and compassionate space for anyone who has been affected by a loved one’s drug use or addiction. Whether you’re a parent, sibling, spouse, or close friend, you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and this group is here to walk alongside you.

We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 7 PM. During our time together, we’ll share, listen, and offer each other encouragement, leaning on God’s grace and the support of our church family to find hope and healing. You don’t have to carry this burden by yourself, and no problem is too big or small to bring to YANA.

FLOOD BUCKETS! AGAIN?

Yes, the need for flood buckets in the Florida Conference is greater than ever, and the Creation Care Team joins with the Mission Team and all of the churches in the Florida Conference in a "challenge." This challenge called "Buckets of Hope Challenge!" will officially kick off at Annual Conference in June. We have registered as an "early participant" to start filling flood buckets now, before the start of the 2025 hurricane season. 

If you'd like to be a part of "filling the buckets" for this challenge, you can do so in these ways:

1. Donate to the church monetary gifts, mark gifts "Buckets of Hope;"
2. Purchase supplies needed to fill the buckets;
3. Show up for the "Filling theBuckets" event, when announced;
4. Pray that these buckets get filled, but won't be needed.
